Positive: It was extremely easy. Unfortunately we arrived much later than we had hoped, but we let ourselves in with the code then retrieved the keys from the keybox. it could not have been easier or more convenient!
Negative: The only thing that wasn't great was the pillows. The bed itself was so comfortable, but the pillows felt cheap and lumpy, maybe something to look at for a property of this quality. Everything else was great!
